I had a great experience at Volvo Mission Viejo. Everybody was nice and made sure I was comfortable. My salesmen Guram showed me the perfect car based on my needs. Freddy our sales consultant helped us every step of the way and showed us all of the cool new car features. He’s very informed in everything Volvo. Overall this was the best experience I’ve had at a car dealership.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Fred at Mission Viejo Volvo. He was very personal and understood and respected our wishes. Great job in sales and finance, too; they helped us make our final decision without feeling pressured and took the time to explain everything in detail, plainly and clearly. Amazing dealership at every level. Bought two cross-overs in 5 months there. Sales team is no nonsense. They tell you what they can do and what your position is in terms of inventory, Volvo or alt. financing, and price. Very low stress. Service and parts are super accommodating and courteous. I bought a baggage area cover and was a little intimidated about assembly and installation. When I went to pick it up, the parts guy had opened it all up, assembled it for me, and taught me step by step how to install it.
The service department is excellent! Todd Tatman was my service rep. He handled the service of my car with great care. Even arranged for transportation home and back due to not having loaner cars available. Very pleasant experience.
Chris Collup the sales manager was extremely helpful, honest, straightforward, and answered any questions we had. When we went to go pick up the car, the process was very easy and smooth and Chris did all the paperwork and Cynthia helped us with the other paperwork getting started and showing us the car and how it worked I would definitely recommend this dealership A+ service all around.

Great service, great communication, pleasant service staff. This is the ONLY Volvo dealership in the OC to use. I’ve tried others and sincerely contemplated returning to other premium brands I’ve driven historically as service was that bad. Thankfully, I tried Mission Viejo Volvo, they are awesome.
Bought a 2020 Hyundai Kona EV from the Volvo dealership two days ago and when I left the “refill inverter coolant” light came on. After some research and contacting both the Volvo and Hyundai dealerships, it turns out this is a recall issue and I have been stressed trying to find a dealership service center that can handle the repair before I need to drive the car out of town this weekend. Very disappointed that Volvo didn’t sort this out before selling me the car, nor were they responsive when I contacted the very same people only too keen to get me in to the dealership to sell me the car. Customer service shouldn’t stop once you’ve taken their money. Even if they couldn’t handle the repairs themselves, the car is under warranty, and the smallest courtesy would have been to contact me to direct me to Hyundai. Have not felt good about this purchase from Volvo, but hoping Hyundai will treat me better.
